Oolong Tea

Oolong tea is the most labor-intensive tea to make, due to its intricate processing methods. It is a partially oxidized tea with the oxidation levels ranging from 15-85%. Most oolongs can be re-infused many times, which can slightly change the flavor with each steeping. These teas are primarily grown and harvested in concentrated areas of China and Taiwan. There is a wide variety of flavors and aromas ranging from floral and round to robust and roasted.
