The semi-ball oolong steeps up medium-bodied, sweet, floral, and very smooth. It has a silky texture and a hint of toastiness.

 

Steeping Instructions: 1 tsp per 8oz of water, 200°F, 1-2 minutes

In the gaiwan: Give the tea an initial 1 second rinse, then steep for 1-2 minutes. Decant first infusion after leaf clusters open by about two-thirds. Steep the second infusion for 2 minutes gradually increasing steep time in 30-second increments for subsequent infusions.
