Huang Guan Yin

Huang Guan Yin means “Yellow Goddess of Mercy”. It was created by the Fujian Tea Research Institute in Wuyishan. This tea is a cross between two Anxi oolong cultivars, Huang Jin Gui (Yellow-Gold Osmanthis) and Tie Guan Yin (Iron Goddess of Mercy). It is light-bodied with light floral notes, with a smooth, creamy flavor and a long lasting aftertaste. Also high in antioxidants.
