Also known by the Chinese name, Shui Xian, this tea is harvested in the late spring and then roasted multiple times over several months. It has a rich aroma reminiscent of narcissus flowers and a deep full flavor.

Steeping Instructions

1 tsp per 8oz of water, 195°F, 4-5 minutes
